Pre-Listing Inspection

Every used coach is inspected before it's ever listed. After it passes, a vetted driver brings it to our facility, documenting any abnormalities along the way. When it arrives, our team completes the second inspection and notes any parts to order so the final step runs smoothly.

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

The third and most comprehensive step begins once you select your coach. A dedicated technician is assigned to you and keeps you informed throughout. During PDI, we test every button and operate every system — anything inoperable is repaired or replaced. Our PDI includes a full wheels-off chassis check covering brakes, shocks, airbags, wheel bearings, and suspension, along with complete service of the engine, generator, and hydronic heating system (if equipped), plus transmission service when recommended by the manufacturer.

Multi-Day Detail

After service, the coach undergoes a multi-day detail. The exterior receives paint correction and bay detailing. Inside, we perform an enzyme treatment to sanitize every surface, followed by an in-depth interior detail.

Delivery Day

Once PDI is complete, it's time to take delivery. Plan to stay one to two nights (or more if needed) at Sewell Motorcoach. The same technician who guided your PDI will continue with you, teaching proper operation of every system and answering questions so you feel confident. Slow down, get comfortable with your coach, and start your new lifestyle with support at every step.
